With the fast adoption of technology in the banking sector, this system provides a modern solution for banking offering convenience, efficiency and accessibility to administrators, cashiers and users.
PROJECT MODULES
MODULES: The E-Banking System is a web based application which consists three modules i.e. admin, cashier and user. Each module is designed to cover below functionalities:
Admin Modules
Admin module provides administrator-related functionalities. The administrator manages the entire e-banking system. This module ensures that the platform run smoothly by overseeing account approvals, cashier management and reports generations.
Dashboard: In this section, admin can briefly view the total account holders, total new request, total rejected request, total number of cashier, total amount deposited.
Account Approval: In this section, admin can manage account opening requests by approving or rejecting them based on submitted documents and user details.
Search Account: In this section, admin can search account holder details by their names or account number or mobile number.
Reports: In this section admin can generate transaction reports and account opening reports according to dates.
Admin can also update his profile, change the password and recover the password.
Cashier Modules
This module enables cashier to interact with users(account holders) and perform essential baking operations.
- Dashboard: In this module, Cashier briefly views total account holder and total amount deposited.
- Account Holder: In this module, Cashier view the details of account holder and withdraw/deposits money in the account holder.
- Search Account: In this module, Cashier search account holder details by their name, mobile number and account number.
- Report: In this section, Cashier can generate transaction report of account holders for record keeping or analysis.
Casier can also update their profile, change the password and recover the password.
User Module
User module prioritize user convenience and security it also help to manage their accounts, perform transaction and generate transaction reports.
- Account Opening: In this section, users can sent request for opening an account.
- Payee/Beneficiary: In this section, users can add, delete and transfer money to payee/beneficiary.
- Transaction History: In this section, users can view transaction history.
- Report: In this section, the user can generate transaction report which is done by him/her.
Users can also update their profile, change the password and recover the password.
